on the way to being full  is our latest performance and dining experience building off our generative and creative exploration around cooking, writing, and eating together - a series titled "Test Kitchens"
Â
Adobo-Fish-Sauce invites you join us for an early evening of poetry and communal eating where we share new poetry written in the past year and dishes to go along these stories.
Â
Attendance is free but space is limited. We kindly ask people to RSVP.
Â
This project is made possible by a Live Arts Boston grant from the Boston Foundation.
Pulling inspiration around our stories, family, and heritage; we will be serving dishes to accompany our performance. Guests would eat family style at their tables.
Offerings include some dishes by Gaaeng.
"Gaaeng," as it is called in Thailand is a unique family-style dining concept. With an intimate dinner experience, they will take everyone to travel with them to different regions of Thailand. Narrate the stories of Thai people's life and wisdom in different communities from each province through our food that brings nostalgia and fond memories from Gaaeng to you.
More details to come.
